    Compliance & Onboarding Specialist

    • Location: Limassol, Cyprus
    • Type: Full-time

    About the role

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead multiple onboarding processes for global merchants in parallel.
    • Analyse and verify corporate documentation in accordance with Visa, Mastercard and European regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with global acquiring and payment partners, ensuring compliance with their policies.
    • Conduct web research and screening to validate potential clients and identify red flags.
    • Perform screening and web checks for potential and existing merchants clients consistently
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and internal teams.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in compliance roles, customer onboarding or payment solution management – must.
    • strong corporate experience/corporate administration - a strong advantage
    • Strong understanding of payments providers and industry best practices.
    • Background in Fintech, banking or payments – a strong advantage.
    • Legal degree – advantages.
    • Fluent English – written and spoken – a must.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
