Technical Support Representative
About the role
This role is specifically designed for students who are available to work
evening shifts while studying.
Part-time | 3 evening shifts per week minimum (This position is intended for students).

What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-level technical support to online clients (email & phone).
- Troubleshoot system and integration issues.
- Manage application configurations and settings.

Requirements
- Strong technical orientation and analytical skills
- Excellent written English – mandatory
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Experience in the payments or e-commerce industry is a plus
- Availability to work 3 evening shifts per week (17:00–23:00)
